Shipping Policy on JEWELRY
1. Delivery Options and Fees
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping fees and applicable taxes, including international fees, will be displayed at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping is included on every order. Any option for Expedited or Overnight shipping will be provided as an option at checkout and will include an additional fee.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
2. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for shipping:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
We typically ship using USPS but will use other carriers when appropriate.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
4. Back Orders and Partial Deliveries
If an item is on back order, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date. In some cases, we may ship your order in multiple packages to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds and Replacements
If your order is not delivered or arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement. To qualify, you must:

You may modify or cancel your order free of charge if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once shipping has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You will be promptly notified via email once your order has been shipped. This notification will include the tracking number and carrier information.
